Padre celeste, perdona le nostre tresspasses per noi continuiamo a fare il male in questo mondo. Siamo ciechi agli errori che commettiamo agains vostro Sacro Cuore e al Cuore Immacolato della vostra cara Madre. Preghiamo per il nostro Santo Padre Francesco che aprirà gli occhi e vedere le sue vie non sono le vie di tutta la Chiesa. Preghiamo che le vengono accolte la forza di stare per le forze del male che lo portano a suoi errori. Oh Padre amatissimo, recuperare la nostra chiesa e lasciate che il vostro amore regna sopra noi. Noi preghiamo in nome di Gesù, tuo Figlio, che vive e regna con te in cielo. Amen

Seeing these pictures remind me of the nuns of long ago here in Hawaii. The First Nuns to arrive here in Hawaii were of the Picpus Nuns, Congregation of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary and of the Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament of the Altar. They had a beautiful but very complicated Habit, but wore it because their founders wore it. They continued to wear it till the mid 60's. They had a linen Ruff that was starched card board still around their face and a full white habit with a beautiful hand embroidered emblem of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary encircled by the crown of thorns on their scapular. To wear garments like that meant that there were many hours dedicated to preparing the habits before it could be worn. I believe each chore or step that was needed was done with a prayer. That way, even preparing the garments was a sacrifice and penance being offered up to the Sacred Hearts in reparation of sins. The older nuns felt that any work that was done in the name of the order was being done for God and his kingdom. Only a very few religious orders still do and teach this today in 2012. All consecrated religious orders needs to return to the rule on which they were originally founded. Then and only then will they find vocations and flourish once again.
