I am corrected by Dr. Brovkin. It's not 83 -84% favorabilty but 86%! I thought it was higher. But I went by someone I watch. I use to see many interviews with many people and their happiness I knew he was off. But still a very high number for a man in office so long. And they will continue to vote for him as long as he runs. Which came from each interview. But I don't think there will be a next time to vote for anyone. I think Putin's time is over.
