Bishop Richard Williamson ( January 2025) allegedly confirmed to Sean Johnson that he had conditionally consecrated a Archbishop Carlo Viganò, 85, a bishop in 2023. Johnson published a 2023 email from Williamson on Seraphim54.substack.com on June 19. Johnson is a former seminarian of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX) and father of nine children who now attends Mass at the US-based Congregation of Saint Pius V (CSPV), a traditionalist splinter group from the FSSPX. Johnson's publication is consistent with information previously received by Gloria.tv from independent ecclesiastical sources. Viganò was consecrated a bishop by Pope John Paul II in 1992. Since 2023, a persistent rumour about the conditional [second] consecration of Viganò has circulated. Johnson’s article claims that he emailed Viganò twice in November and December 2023 asking about those rumours but didn’t receive a reply. Then, Johnson contacted Williamson. The central statement attributed to Bishop …Көбірек
This is good thank you. I would add knowing some natural remedies, stored or home grown, that would work for chronic diseases (like hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis).
Recently, Archbishop Davide Carbonaro of the Archdiocese of Potenza–Muro Lucano–Marsico Nuovo, Italy, conferred the Sacrament of Confirmation at the Roman parish of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP).

Ancient Chaldean Church vandalized in Northern Iraq | Shalom World News An ancient witness of Chaldean Christian faith in Iraq has been desecrated in Sharanish, a historic Christian village near Zakho, close to the Iraq–Turkey border. Video from inside Mar Kiriakos Church shows extensive vandalism, with sacred spaces damaged and church property destroyed. The incident has left the local community mourning the incident, which is another blow to a village that has endured years of instability and displacement. Sharanish, home to the Chaldean churches of Mart Shmune and Mar Kiriakos, remains a symbol of the ancient Christian presence in Mesopotamia. As investigations continue, the faithful hold on to a message carried through centuries: a wounded church can still be a living testimony of faith.
Churches in communion with Rome Who are the Christians of Iraq? A long history … After periods of Mongol, Turkoman, and Safavid rule, Mesopotamia fell under the Ottomans, whose empire lasted until the First World War in the early 20th century. It was during the Ottoman period that the East and West Syriac Churches – the Chaldean Catholic Church and the Syriac (or Syrian) Catholic Church, respectively – were formed. The Syriac Catholic Church was created when a Jacobite patriarch united with Rome in the 18th century. The Bishops who did not enter into full communion with Rome formed the Syriac Orthodox Church. Today’s Chaldean Catholic Church dates from 1830, when the historical patriarchate of the Church of the East was united with an earlier Chaldean branch created in the 17th century. An even-earlier Chaldean union from the 16th century subsequently separated from Rome and developed into what are today the Assyrian Church of the East and the Ancient Church of the East. Time to blame Israel. VANCE: “We were right on the cusp of a major breakthrough… and then there’s a big explosion in a civilian area in Beirut, killing people who have nothing to do with Hezbollah. That’s not acceptable.”

The homosexual group Outreach, founded and led by the homosexual activist James Martin SJ, organises its annual conference on June 19-21 at the Jesuit-run Georgetown University. From 2021 to 2024, Francis sent an endorsement message. In 2026, two US Cardinals support the homosexual conference. Outreach published endorsement letters by Cardinal Robert McElroy of Washington and Cardinal Blase Cupich of Chicago (below). Cardinal McElroy wrote on June 19 that he is “delighted” to welcome the homosexual group in Washington, adding: “For I know that the Holy Spirit will be profoundly present in our meetings and discussions at this key time in the history of our Church and our nation.” He wrote that the conference is taking place “at a moment when the pastoral foundations laid by Pope Francis for authentic ministry to and with the LGBT community are being deepened and refined by Pope Leo.” Cardinal McElroy further stressed that the conference comes “directly after the release of Study …Көбірек

The Argentine Bishops' Conference issued a tribute to the abortion activist Taty Almeida, 95, following her death on June 14. In a June 15 statement signed by Archbishop Marcelo Colombo, president of the conference, and Bishop Raúl Pizarro, secretary general, the bishops sarcastically praised Almeida's "historic commitment to human rights". They even “thanked God for sustaining her courage”. Almeida was one of Argentina's best-known “human-rights” activists. She was a longtime member of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo movement about people who disappeared during Argentina's military dictatorship. The bishops' statement ignored her support for abortion. Almeida publicly supported Argentina's abortion movement. She frequently appeared wearing the green scarf that became the symbol of the campaign for legal abortion and backed the effort that led to abortion legalization in 2020. Almeida was closely associated with sectors of the Argentine caviar left and often appeared alongside progressive …Көбірек
Most people don’t know that The Pieta was housed in the Old St Peter’s, where lighting would fall down onto the artwork from above, rather than shining upwards onto it as we see it today That means Michelangelo originally sculpted this with the intention of Mary’s face having shadows over it and Christ’s body being illuminated in contrast The symbolism would be something like her, like us, being somewhere in between sorrow for the Crucified Christ and hopeful in His Resurrection It’s interesting how subtle changes, even just the lighting, changes the meaning we take away from art
Of course. Light means everything. Without light, colors and even contours would not exist. Nor would we. What were the first words God spoke when He began His wonderful creation? "Let there be light."
Leo XIV is considering declaring all members of the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Pius X (FSSPX) schismatics, TribuneChrétienne.com reported on 19 June, citing anonymous sources: "According to several observers familiar with the matter, the document currently being prepared at the Vatican could go much further than some imagine. It would not merely acknowledge a rupture affecting the bishops or superiors of the FSSPX. The repercussions could extend to the entire structure, including its approximately 700 priests, seminaries, apostolates and the faithful who regularly attend its chapels around the world." The bishops' ordinations are scheduled for 1 July, with Bishop Alfonso de Galarreta as the principal consecrator and Bishop Bernard Fellay as the co-consecrator. For weeks, rumours about the excommunication of all members of the FSSPX have persisted on various Catholic news blogs and among journalists. #newsYcngrgqppe
Pope St. John Paul II on the SSPX schism in his Ecclesia Dei Adflicta, February 7, 1988: "In the present circumstances I wish especially to make an appeal both solemn and heartfelt, paternal and fraternal, to all those who until now have been linked in various ways to the movement of Archbishop Lefebvre, that they may fulfil the grave duty of remaining united to the Vicar of Christ in the unity of the Catholic Church, and of CEASING THEIR SUPPORT IN ANY WAY FOR THAT MOVEMENT. Everyone should be aware that formal ADHERENCE TO THE SCHISM IS A GRAVE OFFENCE AGAINST GOD and CARRIES THE PENALTY OF EXCOMMUNICATION DECREED BY THE CHURCH'S LAW." vatican.va/.../hf_jp-ii_motu-proprio_02071988. ___________ From the Office of the Congregation for Bishops, 1 July 1988. Bernardinus Card. Gantin Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops: “The priests and faithful are warned not to support the schism of Monsignor Lefebvre, otherwise they shall incur <ipso facto> the very grave PENALTY OF EXCOMMUNICATION. …Көбірек
The more this continues, it is God shouting to us to recognise that Rome is controlled by wicked criminals. How much longer will the faithful tolerate this? Including the SSPX?
The leaked documents also provide a rare glimpse into the subjects scheduled for discussion during this year’s retreat. Among the reported sessions are discussions titled “Navigating WWIII” and “Battlefield Technologies,” suggesting a heavy focus on geopolitical tensions and military developments.
The Diocese of Arlington, in Northern Virginia, has announced the creation of a new apostolate entrusted to the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter (FSSP), Bishop Michael Burbidge announced on June 19. Father Jonathan Romanoski FSSP and Father John Audino FSSP have been appointed to the Chaplaincy. Following the motu proprio Traditionis Custodes in 2021, the Diocese of Arlington experienced a unprecedented eradication of Masses in the Roman rite. With 21 locations, Arlington Diocese was one of the strongest for the Roman Rite in the United States. In 2022, the Diocese of Arlington reduced the number of "permitted" Mass locations from 21 to 8. Of those eight locations, only three - Saint Rita in Alexandria, Saint John the Beloved in McLean, and Saint Anthony of Padua Mission in Falls Church - received Vatican permission to continue Masses in parish churches. The remaining five communities were relocated to non-parish churches. #newsYopiywpnrj
